Self Pay:

• The intake Session or first session is $220

• 60 minute sessions are available for $215

• 45 minute sessions are available for $160

If you have an insurance that we are not in Network with:

1. If your policy has Out of Network benefits, we still may be able to provide services to you or your family member.

2. You are always welcome to Self-Pay using major Credit Cards, HSA and FSA for your sessions.

Please understand that there may be many reasons we are not in Network with your insurance, however, these are the 2 main reasons:

1. Some Insurance panels are closed and haven’t taken new therapists (possibly for years).
2. Some Insurances have so many restrictions/rules that we are unable to obtain authorization for your treatment. These insurances make authorizations so complicated that often YOU may wind up paying for services because your insurance refuses to.

Because of the above, if you are wanting to receive counseling at some point with our client-centered independently contracted therapists, we recommend Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina if you are able to change your policy at work or if you decide to get your own health insurance.
