Online Counseling, Telemental Health or even Tele Behavioral Health are terms used by many insurances. They mean the same thing and are used interchangeably. Tricare has covered online counseling since 2017.

CCS is proud to serve our military community. We can better serve your needs by offering a secure and convenient way to receive counseling online. Active Duty Dependents and Retirees don’t even require a referral!

You can meet with your therapist from any location as long as it is secure, you feel comfortable and you have a reliable internet connection. Online counseling removes many barriers making getting the support you deserve easier than ever before!
